The world has never looked more different.
Boomhi exists in the hopes of changing the world in a positive and sustainable way. The need to bring positive change has never felt so urgent as it does today. The Kaiser Family Foundation reported this year that over half — 53% — of adults in the United States feel that their mental health has been negatively impacted “due to worry and stress over the coronavirus,” a 162.5% increase from March. At the same time, National Geographic has reported that, “between 1990 and 2016, the world has lost 502,000 square miles (1.3 million square kilometers) of forest.”
Boomhi’s contribution to addressing these problems is simple: Elevated Mind Technology, delivered through socks sourced from recycled plastic bottles. Every time a person buys a pair of Boomhi socks, we contribute to sustainability efforts by planting a tree. And every time someone puts on a pair of Boomhi socks, the technology within them helps improve their emotional and mental wellbeing.
It’s simple, really.
Something as small as a single pair of socks can make all the difference in the world.
Together, we can be the change that we are seeking.
We can be the difference.
The COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic recession have negatively affected many people’s mental health and created new barriers for people already suffering from mental illness and substance use disorders.
